Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China.  You may expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Please allow up to 3 days for processing and up to 10-20 business days for shipping.  Some items may arrive in about a week or less.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, domestic shipping is Free to the United States.  Some special free product giveaways may include a small shipping charge, however.
